Fake products! Do not buy! Bought a bottle of Loverdose. Clearly a fake! Perfume is orange when it should be transparent, the vaporiser is plastic and not the normal black one and the label is wrong. It smells faintly of the scent of Loverdose with a strong alcohol smell. They had the cheek to say they only sell real perfumes! Do not buy . The only place I’ve seen it is at Duty Free shops and none are open currently because of COVID-19. I’ve searched a ton online, the only stockists that have it AND will ship to the USA is Scentsational. I’m a bit skeptical because of this.Over 5 years now I have been using Scentsational for my colognes and perfume & like always, I get nothing but top-notch professional and polite customer service. The products are always 10/10 and are very nicely packaged (perfect for gifts too) and at very reasonable prices. So, is Scentsational genuine? Contacted customer service and they were rude, didn’t offer any apology and sent me fake screenshots of a conversation with ‘Evri’ saying that they would not refund me. Also sent me another customers personal details accidentally.
I have ordered perfume online from amazon a couple of times and have been disappointed by either receiving things very late, or receiving fake perfume. So to discover this company, and to receive EXACTLY what I ordered, and on time, I'm very impressed and will be ordering more things in the future. Date of experience: May 18, 2023
The perfumes are amazing without a doubt the best seller. Most places have a few but Scentsational stocks a wide variety of perfumes and also at affordable price. I have stopped buying perfumes as much, from the High street store thanks to you. I have now got my go to sprays that I have on all the time. Date of experience: 01 October 2021
