There are some bonesey tutorials on doing vintage work on watches, but I didn't see one specifically aimed at how to take these apart. I'll try to tell you what I've learned (the hard way). I currently have a JKF 1680, which runs AMAZING and has superb SEL. For this reason I am pretty biased towards the 5512/5513 being from same factory. Or is there a better maker out there for these models?

Questions: 1) JKF plexi/dial It seems from the images that the Tudor sub crystals from JKF may have the magnifier in the correct spot for ETA date window, but in the pics it looks like the date wheel is in the Rolex . Ordered this JKF Rolex 5513 on Jan 4th from Marvelous Reps which is a TD on RWI that specializes in vintage reps. It cost 0 shipped which is amazing for what you are getting. I had the option of a 2836 clone or the DG2813. I went with the 2813 as it is closer to gen in BPH and to save 0.
